Refund policy

Returns & Refunds on restorate.com.au  Did one of our products leave you unhappy? If so, please contact us so we can work to resolve the issue. Refunds will be issued in the same manner they were received and merchandise credit will be issued in certain instances.

Shipping charges are non-refundable in all cases, unless there is an error on our part.

Complimentary Consultations: If you have questions on what product is best for you, please email us at sales@restoratecream.com.au or use our product match questionnaire.

Free Freight: Orders over $100 within Australia will attract free freight.

DAMAGED OR MISSING ITEM(S)

If you have any problems with your order (not received, damaged, or missing items), please contact us immediately at sales@restoratecream.com.au

We will happily replace any items provided they are reported within 48 hours of order delivery. Please submit photo images of the damaged, missing, or defective product(s).

Please note: Restorate is not responsible for any additional shipping costs, and we do not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of returned packages lost in transit without proof of delivery.

MISSING PACKAGE DUE TO SHIPPING CARRIER

If your package shows a delivered status by the Auspost or other shipper, please note we empathize with you. However, their policy is to direct customers to file a claim. Please also advise us so we can follow up on our end at sales@restoratecream.com.au

Restorate will evaluate lost orders on a case-by-case basis if we will be able to refund or reship. 

CANCELLATIONS OR CHANGE OF MIND

Orders that have been placed, but not yet processed for shipping can be canceled or modified. Please note: there is a 10% restocking and payment processing fee for all orders that are canceled. This charge is used to cover our fees incurred by processing electronic payments to include your refund.

All orders ship with 24-72 business hours, unless noted differently on product description.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Restorate is currently charging $10 shipping in Australia as a flat fee. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING - ALL OTHER COUNTRIES

Restorate only ships to select countries. If you do not see your country, please contact us via email. Any and all customs fees and charges related to your (the customer’s) order/package are 100% your responsibility. Restorate is not responsible for and will not pay customs charges for any orders. International orders can take several weeks to arrive as they must pass through customs, therefore, we can not guarantee a timeline.

Thank you for your business! Our goal is to get every order out promptly. Orders for items that are in stock will be processed in 2-3 business days. Once your order is processed, allow 1-2 business days for shipping. You will receive an email notification once your item is shipped containing your tracking information.

For out-of-stock items, we will advise on our product description of expected delivery times.
